    Here you will find general explanations about other companies' premium toys.
    Premium toys of other companies (hereafter referred to as premium toys) refer to anime goods, etc. that the representative personally collects, as opposed to products related to people with disabilities. Due to the nature of the product, unlike products made by people with disabilities, there are some points to note, such as shipping costs, and basically no returns or exchanges.


  • Please note that this is a used item, so there may be some scratches, stains, and deterioration over time.
  • The product image uses a reference image, and the actual product condition may differ slightly from the image.
  • Products may have price tags, management stickers, stickers for overseas shipments, and stickers for domestic imports.
  • Unopened products (including multiple tapes applied by the manufacturer's inspection) are not covered by the warranty.
  • Products that are easily damaged (garage kits, cast products, finished products, precision products with fine parts or protrusions, etc.) may be damaged during transportation due to the characteristics of the materials and shapes of the parts. Please purchase after understanding. In particular, products in blister packs may have small creases in the corners. The actual product condition may differ slightly from the image.

  • Due to deterioration over time or vibration during shipping, the string that holds the accessory may break or the tape may come off, and the accessory may come off the backing.

About home delivery and shipping

We charge a flat rate depending on the product and delivery area.
However, if you place an order in one order, you will only be charged the shipping fee for the combined size, and you will not receive the shipping fee for the other products, so if you purchase it all at once, the shipping fee will be cheaper. increase.

Shipping for small items

Items that fit in a 34cm x 24.8cm x 3cm case will be shipped by letter pack light.

The shipping fee starts from 370 yen (including tax). Only when the condition at the time of packing satisfies the shipping conditions for the mail service.

About the carrier

Basically, we use Yamato Transport Co., Ltd., but depending on the situation in some areas and at the time, we may ship by other companies such as Japan Post and Sagawa Post.

About business office clip

The holding period varies slightly depending on the delivery company, but on average it is about a week. Regarding the arrival of the product, there is no contact from the company, so please check the shipping status and contact Japan Post or any other delivery company you have contacted.

About the destination

We will ship by Yu-Pack or Letter Pack of Japan Post. You cannot specify a shipping company's sales office or a post office box as the delivery address. If the delivery address falls under any of these, we will change the delivery address.

About date and time designation

You can specify the delivery date and time on the customer information input screen when placing an order. You can specify the delivery date from 3 days to 6 days after the order date.
If the delivery date is not specified, it will be shipped as soon as possible. Even if you select a specific date, we may not be able to meet your request depending on the situation. In that case, it will be shipped as soon as possible. time zone

Precautions for Letter Pack Light and Letter Pack Plus

  • Letter packs do not support time designation for shipping, so please leave the item selection as "no time designation".
  • Delivery date and time and day of the week cannot be specified.
  • The number of days required for delivery is from the day after the shipping date to around 4 days (next day only by Nekopos), except for some areas. (Depending on the service you use and the time of year.) However, it is possible to track it with a tracking number, but please check the status of your package yourself.
  • We are not responsible for any delays in delivery, loss, damage, returns, exchanges, etc. of letter packs.
  • If there is no nameplate on the post, the item will be returned to us.
    Excuse me, but please write your name on the post. In addition, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fee for the re-delivery if it is returned.
  • If the name registered at the time of ordering is different from the name on the nameplate, please write Mr. ○○ in the [Address (building name, room number)] column.   • We cannot accept parcels addressed to a post office box or delivered to an office.

Commodity does not reach

Orders other than cash on delivery will be shipped after payment has been confirmed. For customers paying by credit card or bank transfer, please check the payment page first to see if the payment has been completed. Payment by bank transfer will be confirmed on the next day if it falls on a weekend or national holiday. If more than one week has passed since the date of confirmation of payment and you have not received the ordered product,
The product may be kept by the delivery company due to the absence of the customer. If you do not have a notice of absence, please contact us with your order date, transaction ID, and details of your order.
We will check the status of your package and get back to you.

Reflection of parcel tracking service

The parcel tracking service will be reflected in the evening of the shipping date, not the day the email arrives.
If you cannot use the tracking service even after the shipping date has passed, please contact us.

About product redelivery

You can check the delivery status from the URL attached to the email sent after shipping.
If your name is written in the mailbox, an absentee ballot will be sent to you, but if there is none, please check it yourself. You can arrange for resending by entering the package inquiry number on the Japan Post website or by contacting the store.
If there is no contact from the customer, the storage period of Japan Post will be up to one week from the date of shipment. If the product is returned to us due to long-term absence or refusal to receive it, we may suspend the transaction in the future.

Storage period for returned items that cannot be received

If the product is returned without being received after it has been shipped, the storage period will be up to 10 days. Even if you have already paid for the item, if you do not contact us within the deadline, we will dispose of it.

Consolidated shipping of orders

Basically, we do not do this, but we will do our best to accommodate as long as we have not started processing the items in the same order and the previous order. Please contact us with your name, date of order, transaction ID, and details of your order.

About returns and cancellations

Due to the characteristics of the product, we do not accept any cancellations or returns of orders.

Please check the contents once again before ordering.
We will not be able to respond to your request to cancel even if it is only a part of your order. Also, please be aware that we may stop using your account if you continue to fail to make payment.

If you mistakenly place the same order twice

You can cancel your order within 60 minutes after placing your order. Please note that orders cannot be canceled after they have been shipped.

About returns and exchanges

In the case of product discrepancies or product defects for which we are responsible, we will accept returns or exchanges within 3 days after delivery.

If the product you received is different from the image or title

I am very sorry. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please contact us with your name, order date, transaction ID, and incorrect product name. After checking, we will contact you again.

If the product you received is damaged

If there is a defect in the product for which we are responsible, we will exchange or refund it, so please contact us first.
If the packaging material of the parcel you received is damaged, there may be an accident during delivery, so please contact the shipping company and then contact us.
If the damaged product is out of stock, we will refund your money.
Regarding damaged or defaced products, we may not be able to meet your request for replacement if the product is judged to be salable according to our quality standards.

Unopened items cannot be checked here.
