You can order products by following the steps below.

  1. On the desired product page, select the necessary items such as product size and quantity, and click "Add to Cart".
  2. After moving to the "Shopping Cart" page, confirm that the ordered items are displayed correctly, and then "Proceed to checkout".
    * You can set the delivery time zone and fill in the remarks column in this cart.
  3. If you are a member, enter your e-mail address and password, then click "Member Login".
    If you are new or have not registered, enter the orderer information, check "I agree to the membership agreement and register as a member" in "New member registration", and set a password. On the same screen, also "Set the destination" and proceed with "Next".
  4. After moving to the "Select payment method" page, select credit card payment, PayPal payment, etc. Select the "Shipping Method" setting for each product and click "Next".
  5. After moving to the "Order details confirmation" page, check the contents and click "Confirm order"

Your order will be completed by following the steps above.
Once your order is complete, we will send an order confirmation email to your registered email address.
An order confirmation email will be automatically sent to you as soon as your order is completed.
If you do not receive an order confirmation email, it may have been sorted into your spam folder, so please check.
If you have not received an email from Prevision-Market, please contact us using the inquiry form or call us.

About returns and exchanges

Return policy ● Conditions for returns and exchanges If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 7 days after receiving the item.
Please note that we will not be able to accept requests for returns or exchanges after that time.
We do not accept returns or exchanges other than initial defects.

About receipt

Receipts can be sent separately. If you wish to have the receipt sent separately, please indicate that you would like the receipt in the remarks column in the cart.
We will send an e-mail to the customer when the package is shipped.
If you would like to send only the invoice (delivery note) separately, we apologize for the inconvenience, but we ask that you check the order confirmation email that is sent to you when you place your order.

About contacting the buyer after placing an order

about shipping cost

For products related to persons with disabilities on this site, the shipping fee is included in the displayed price. However, there are premium toys from other companies, and some of them require shipping, so in that case, please check the shipping fee on the product page or at the time of payment.

If you want to cancel your order

Please reply to the application reception email, stating that you are canceling the application.
In addition, if you change the quantity or change the product, please cancel as above and place a new order.
(Please reply within 3 hours after ordering.)

If you mistakenly place the same order twice

It is possible to cancel the order if you contact us as soon as possible after placing the order.

If the product you received is different from the image or title

I am very sorry.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but please contact us with your name, order date, transaction ID, and incorrect product name. After checking, we will contact you again.

If the product you received is damaged

If there is a defect in the product for which we are responsible, we will exchange or refund it, so please contact us first.
If the packaging material of the parcel you received is damaged, there may be an accident during delivery, so please contact the shipping company and then contact us.
If the damaged product is out of stock, we will refund your money.
Regarding damaged or defaced products, we may not be able to meet your request for replacement if the product is judged to be salable according to our quality standards.
