老挝残疾妇女发展中心

它是经老挝社会福利和劳工部批准，由残疾妇女为残疾妇女服务的非营利性组织。该组织最初成立于 1990 年，最初是在导演尚彭·西比拉 (Champen Sibylla) 女士的家中成立的一个缝纫小组，最初是向残疾妇女传授缝纫和制版艺术。 2002年，老挝残疾妇女团体成为老挝残疾妇女发展中心。
